I took a picture of a piece of dry wood that I found in Yosemite. It was around three feet long all together. I thought it looked like a sleeping elephant. It looks as if it were carved but it's natural.

SEE MY WEBSITE! My passion for art began at an early age when I discovered clay. As a child I spent hours creating whimsical clay sculptures which I fired in a kiln in my backyard. At age twenty one I began a commercial figurine business and sold my sculptures to Disneyland in Anaheim, Knotts Berry Farm, and most of the Las Vegas hotels and numerous other shops across America. I later joined the Motion Picture Sculptors Union and since, have sculpted characters for such films as E.T., Predator, Star Trek, Dune and in recent years I have sculpted many of the Disney characters that decorate the Disney Store's walls and ceilings.
